It is now public who is in the final rounds for the big honor of receiving the Byggenæringens Innovasjonspris 2017. The jury, led by Kristin Malonæs, has evaluated all applications and singled out 8 candidates what will be allowed to present in front of the jury on September 15. Then it is up to the competent jury to find a winner.
”There are numerous exciting candidates and a wide range of prospects. We have been matching these particularly towards the critieria innovation, digital and/or sustainable performance, that the solution is live and in use and last but not least – potential for wide application and adoption”, says jury chair Kristin Malonæs.

The jury is led by Kristin Malonæs, director of Customer Operations at Innovation Norway. She is accompanied by ekspedisjonssjef i Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet, Ann Ingeborg Hjetland, managing director of Byggenæringens Landsforening, Jon Sandnes and chair of the board at Virke Byggevarehandel, Knut Strand Jacobsen.
CRITERIA FOR THE COMPETITION
Byggenæringens Innovasjonspris 2017 is to be awarded a company or organisation or person that has offered a particular effort regards to innovation within processes, products or services that has added to more digital and/or sustainability (environment, financial, society). The solution shall be live and in use and give documentable added competition, value adding and have potential for wide adoption and application.
The fair is held at Norway Trade Fairs, Lillestrøm October 18-21 2017
